This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, Strapi CMS, booking platforms (e.g., CleanCloud), messaging (SMS/WhatsApp), email, and in-store.
About the law: The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) apply to organisations covered by the Act. Many small businesses under $3 million turnover are exempt, but some are covered (e.g., those that trade in personal information). 2) What we collect
Identification & contact: name, email, phone, address/suburb.
Order & service data: service type, garment notes, photos of pre-existing damage (where needed), delivery instructions (including ATL).
Transaction data: order value, masked card/payment tokens (we don’t store full card numbers).
Technical/cookie data: device, browser, IP, session IDs, and analytics.
3) Why we collect it (lawful purposes)
Provide and manage bookings, pickup/delivery, and customer support.
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Operate loyalty programs and send service communications (order status, reminders).
Direct marketing (email/SMS) only with consent, with a working unsubscribe in every message, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). ACMA
